Facio Workshops’ works to alleviate the pressure through providing an opportunity for teachers and students alike to be creative together. Class teachers are encouraged to participate in parts of the workshop, specifically the performance aspect, so students can amalgamate any new skills gained and showcase at the end of day.

I studied Theater, Film and Television at Bristol University from 2013-2016. Both during that time and since, I’ve worked as a drama facilitator for a year and a bit now, working with a huge variety of young people from age 4 to 19. Increasingly working with vulnerable young people and special educational needs and disability, using drama specifically as a tool for accessing education, communication and encouraging creativity.
I am a freelance actress with experience in dramatherapy, youth dance teaching and facilitating for groups of adults with special needs. My recent experience has been in a group of people with learning disabilities at a Cambridge based charity and arts centre (Rowan) through a social theatre company called Acting Now.
My passion for acting has led me to continue my development as a performer, studying and working among various different cultures around the world. Such experience allows me to engage my passion for the arts with my drive to improve the well-being of others through theatre
